Symantec Asks Users Not To Use It's Software.


Symantec is advising it's customers to stop using it's 2006 Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition, Norton Internet Security and Norton Systemworks as the code was stolen and has been compromised.

An online statement by Symantec stated, "Symantec recommends disabling the product until Symantec releases a final set of software updates that resolve currently known vulnerability risks."
