Custom CRM Development

Data Surveys provides investigations and surveillance to insurance companies, special investigation units, self-insured's, third party administrators, and defense firms to investigate claims and identity fraud quickly and efficiently.

Our Task

Data Surveys was running on an outdated, proprietary, in-house software program to manage their daily tasks and incoming cases. The software was restricted to a small, fixed resolution which was prohibitive to multitasking and general productivity. In addition to this, they were also running stand-alone software programs for managing contacts and handling their emails.

Our Solution

We determined that a new, all-inclusive software/CRM package would be necessary to streamline the daily workflow. Building from the ground up, we modeled each new software feature on the existing system while carefully re-structuring the backend and database for optimized performance and organization. While mapping out the client's existing database, we seamlessly migrated into the new CRM system.

Our Results

The wholly customized CRM is in full production for the team at Data Surveys. The system has retained most of the original functionality of their old software systems and has easier usability with modern esthetics. Contact management and a custom emailer were also built into the new CRM, allowing the client to manage files and documents within the system. Data Surveys can email directly to concerned parties without the need for separate email software. The new system is based on web technology that allows for full-screen viewing and tabbed functionality, permitting users to work efficiently and access more system areas.
